Help Desk: How do I make an order?

To place an order you should first of all put the items you want to buy into the shopping bag. To do this just browse the site, choose the items you like by clicking on the corresponding checkboxes, and the click the Add to bag button. If you don't choose any item but click the Add to bag button anyway, you'll be asked to choose between a series of possible options. You can then either continue browsing the site and add other items to you bag, or go on with your order.

After having filled the shopping bag following your wishes, just press the Complete order button from within the shopping bag. There are actually two Complete order buttons: one is for secure ordering and the other is for unsecure ordering. If your browser supports secure server transactions, choose the secure options, so that all the data (such as your credit card number) exchanged by your browser and our server is automatically scrambled.

At this pint you can choose between the Fast Order option and the account creation. If you create a personal account, you'll be able to make all subsequent orders without having to resubmit your personal data again. On the other side, if you choose Fast Order, you won't be bothered by account creation questions, but you'll have to resubmit all your personal data on future orders.
